That is awesome.:good!: What is your diet plan if you don't mind me asking? I work out like a maniac but I just eat eat eat. I need something to knock my appetite out that's not addictive.

Will power to change the way you eat. I can out eat most anyone I know. A plate full of hash browns with 6 or 8 eggs sunny up with a bowl of gravy and 3-4 bicuits, half pound of bacon for breakfast for me is nothing. I altered all my meals to smaller portions and eat something every 2-3 hours. So, I'm having a normal portion of oatmeal for breakfast. A few hours later, I'll have a salad. Several hours later, I might eat some fresh sockeye salmon and cottage cheese. Another few hours might be an avocado and a banana. Several hours later might be a lean chicken breast with rice. The key is to eat something every few hours. Once you body realizes that food is coming in every two or so hours, it works harder to burn it off in anticipation of the next input of food/energy. You're just tricking your body into burning what you eat in anticipation of the next energy source coming in. I do this 5-6 days a week and eat what I want the next day or so. I was at 200 pounds and my ultimate goal is to get down to 175. I don't do vitamins as I get them all from fresh unprocessed food. I don't eat garbage food (to me something from a can, box, etc.) so I don't have that laying in my body trying to find a way out. Also, I drink only water except for the times I'm drinking a few beers.

Wow, nothing about losing 9 pounds in a week sounds healthy.

Only because you can't do it.

I can drop 10 pounds easily. It's the rest that becomes a problem. I never went hungry or had that feeling all week and everything I ate was completely natural or organic and full of vitamins and protein.

Fair enough. I am glad you have something that works for you.

Tex: eat a bag of dicks.

It will work for you but you have to retrain your body as to what is expected. Looking at your picture, you're not even close to the point where you'd have to worry about it. As an after thought, pour some diet coke on your car and see what it does to the paint.

Lulz, if coke can clean chrome, I shudder to think what it will do to my paint!

Next time I have a photo shoot coming up I'm going to starve myself. I know it's not healthy but it works. Eat 2 crackers a day so I can take a multi-vitamin and that's it.

I eat often in small portions that way it keeps my metabolism going good. Plus I play basketball and do situps. Be active and eat small portions of food at a time (healthy food), plus a treat now and then so you aren't miserable is the best option.

Use Windex on your chrome. It's amazing. Used it on the chrome on my Harley and was surprised. Also, if you have a good wax on your car, it's a good and quick way to a shine.

I don't think my car has a single piece of actual chrome on it.

Exactly. I've got to get back in the gym this week.

Gotta have some exercise in with it also. I'm about to start doing my MMA training again (for protection not competitions) plus basketball and eating right and I should be good to go.

Probably plastic. If you have wax on it, Windex will melt a bit of it and create a new shine without going to the car polishes. I had a black Corvette that I used to polish all the time. After a year, I had polished down to the primer on the 'glass. I used Windex on the others after I found out about it.
