According to Da'Rick

I don't know. Da'Rick is a problem. The issue is how big of a problem. I can't answer that question without knowing everything. Despite my overall lack of faith in Dooley, I trust him to make the right call here.

The fanbase is always going to *****. That's just what fanbases do.

Its hard call. The last thing Dooley needs is to lose the locker room again, and Im praying that keeping Rogers doesn't do that.

Too bad it doesn't go back that far.

I recall a little thread debating whether Dooley should be fired during the Randy Shannon extravaganza.

You pissed and moaned at me the entire thread and said I was "IGNORED!"

I was hurt.

Pretty sure the message board has a little search feature that will let you find said thread. Be my guest, big boy.

This team needs Da'Rick. But not at the expense of losing the locker room again. After last season, leadership and team chemistry are important since we have some (though not elite) talent to compete. Da'Rick negatively impacts those two things. But I don't know is his productions outweighs that.

have u ever seen management let a employee run all over them, they lose all respect with the other employees and management.

Any chance at all losing Da'Rick brings the team closer together? Like the New Year's Eve fiasco that resulted in us beating Kansas?

Maybe. Maybe not.

I'd rather not take my chances on it if possible.

If Dooley let the players vote in private to keep or drop Rogers then what do you think their answer would be?

If you start turning over to the program you want to ressurect by saying "let's take a vote" instead of making the decision yourself..................you won't get anywhere.

Oh yeah, more drama for the next three months.

Gah, this football program cannot go without drama.

People want stability. The high drama level has been as reliable as Old Faithful.....:whistling:

I'm just tired of it all. We need to sacrifice a chicken in Neyland or something.

I get this feeling that Da'Rick plays Dooley.

When Dooley is around he is on his best behavior and when he is not he becomes Da'Rick the prick. When Dooley gets him in a 1 on 1 meeting he seems like a reformed individual.....then boom back to his old ways when Dooley isn't hovering over him

Would explain a lot when it comes to all the chances Dooley has given him

Da'Rick needs to stand up and do the following:

"I don't know if it will make any change, but I think it's time i start playing ball again." *Crowd roars with approval*

Then a big-time booster yells "I told you what would happen once we got rid of him (points at Dooley)

Da'Rick then says "Oh yeah, I play, Coach stays. He goes, I go"

Stunned look by boosters and fans in attendance. *Crickets Chirping*
