NCAA Tournament: Sort of a gamethread

ND won't be that good next year. They will lose to USC and Michigan, and one other team will put them out of everyone else's misery.

I hope so. But both UM and USC will be highly ranked and the rest on their schedule are Georgia Tech and military schools.

It's interesting for me to watch Georgetown play after mostly watching UT play this year. UT looks for any excuse to shoot a 3 pointer -- why settle for a layup when you can loft up a 3 pointer? Georgetown seems to mostly shoot a 3 as a last resort. I'm sure they probably have some good shooters, but it really does seem to be a different type of game. Is this is a typical style of play for Georgetown?

yeah and with 3:40 left they only have 17 points

As good as Ohio State is with Oden, I think they'd still be at worst a top 10 team without him.
Absolfreakinlutely. When his arse goes to the bench with foul trouble they don't lose any ground and a lot of times increase the lead over their opponent...

That's why I'm not sure why everyone think we're going to kill them in Knoxville next year. Even if Oden does go to the League, that's a really good team.

I like UT's chances a lot better without Oden and playing in Knoxville, but I don't expect it to be a cakewlak by any means.

Couldn't agree more. The few OSU fans I know and talk to will not realize this. Conley is the MVP on that team IMO.

Agreed.

Has the picture on CBS been absolutely awful for anyone else today?
Been fine for me.
