NCAA Tourney Running Thread

And I'm old enough to hate their guts. I despise their arrogant, prickish fans, their bitter old coach, and their stupid "Crean and Crimson" tagline.

And we are going to kick their asses back to Bloomington tomorrow night.

I am not old enough to enjoy the classic rivalry between IU and UK and before the season I wished them well as I do any other team I don't care about. The week before they played in December their fans were some of the most hateful I've ever encountered maybe it's because they were down for 15 years or whatever but they seemed really to hate UK more than any other fan base I've known...I'm not sure why they would hate us more than some of their big10 schools but there were some really violent things tweeted before the game - may not surprise old timers but surprised me

Now I hope we whip them by 20+

I'll drink to that my friend. I hate their guts, livers, and innards. Bob Knight, Pat Knight, Calbert Cheaney, Matt Novak, Alan Henderson, Brian Evans, Damon Bailey, Steve Alford, and Isiah Thomas can all kiss my arse.

I can see all of this happening. The Marqie -v- UF game could go either way, but you are kind of saying that with your score also.
I hope I can get a 6pt win over Louisville. That would be awesome. I see that as being VERY close. Too close for my comfort.

A guy I went to HS with was an NCAA champ High Jumper at IU, and a kid I used to coach played football there in the late 80s/early 90s. Other than that, the whole place can drop into the depths of the earth, for all I care.

What is a Hoosier?

1: an awkward, unhandy, or unskilled person; especially: an ignorant rustic.

2 hoosier (verb) slang: to loaf on or botch a job.
Webster's Third International Dictionary, 1976

3 hoosier A hillbilly or rustic; an unmannerly or objectionable person.
Dictionary of American Regional English, 1991

Wisconsin leading despite their two best big men being saddled with two fouls. Good sign.

And maybe it's just me, but Verne/Raftery jerking it to every Syracuse basket is annoying.

lets go Badgers....
I'm hoping Burst (1) has a big game, he and his family live in my neighborhood, and are great people

Bo Ryan can never win the big one. You had a timeout, why not use it? Think that's nine tourney trips and no Elite Eight appearances for him.
