Well, never saying anything positive is on you. I have no problems with people holding dooley to the fire, but you have to have atleast a little hope or something. Being too negative is just as bad as too positive.

What "history?" There is none because Dooley has never coached these players at this school against this upcoming schedule.

Dooley will rise or fall on his own merit this fall. You have no special insight or crystal ball to accurately predict the future. But, just in case you think you can, give us the overall record, the SEC record, points for, and points against for the upcoming season. I will save it and we can revisit it after the season.

He hasn't given us a reason to be positive. It was a very bad hire at the onset and he's done nothing to change that.

What history? Oh I don't know, how about back to back losing seasons? Or how about getting beat by one of the worst UK teams in years when they had a WR at QB? Or how about after the KY loss him coming out and saying not going to a bowl was a good thing? Or how about the FACT he had a losing record at his old job and he has a losing record at UT?
That's the some of the history I'm talking about.

I think if the Vols lose to Florida (in Football) this fall there will be lots to answer for from Dooley. Until then let's wait and see what the product on the field looks like.
