same as you, toss it with some olive oil after she has sauteed the peppers and melted the cheese, she drops it in the hot pan for a few seconds then slops it all onto the roll.:thumbsup:

Kat, if you are talking about fresh spinach, you need to blanch it first. I guess I just assumed you were using frozen spinach. IDK why I thought that. Too busy trolling OE maybe.

Rinse it off, put it in some boiling water for 15-20 seconds then drain it and put it in some ice water to stop it from cooking. Then put it in a zip lock and freeze it.
