you hang it in a controlled environment..where the humidity and temperature are constant, and there is air flow around the beef
Behr, makin spaghetti tonight. Should I use ragu, or spend extra for prego?
Hey behr. My girl is going gluten free. Any recipe ideas? I want to surprise her for V-day. No red meat either.
Behr, are you going to be doing a Vday special? I need a good sirloin marsala recipie that I am going to attempt to cook for my boo tomorrow night. Give me something and I will make it worth your while if I end up getting lucky at the end of the night.
Behr, this might be a stupid question, but how is beef aged? Does it mean before or after the cow is slaughtered?
Asked my husband what he would like for dinner tonight and told him I'd fix whatever he wanted.
He asked for parmesan crusted fish.He likes my cooking.

Next time you make it, make it fresh. If you're gonna use bottled, it doesn't matter. Add some fresh ingredients, and simmer it for a couple of hours.
Yea, a bunch. Anything without wheat, rye or barley. :dunno:
Too late?
Already been answered for you Sir.
How'd the "cook off" go?
For me the best and easiest (that doesn't include a microwave) is olive oil in a pan.
If there is enough to warrant lighting the grill, I'll put it on the warming rack.
Honestly though, I hardly ever reheat a steak. I usually cut it up and use it for something else, often in fried rice and vegetables.
