Actually, it can have a lot of fat, IDGAF. The fat requirement was mainly for my woman's diet. My diet has very little concern with fat.

Ideally, I would be able to get more like 1,500 calories out of a serving, with 50g of protein!

But if you can't manage to think up a way to do this, I can always fill in the void with beer calories.

Dinner was a salad of the following chopped: iceberg lettuce, turkey pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, pepperoncini, ranch, parmesan.

I am a big BIG fan of pepperoncini. They absolutely made the salad! Is there anything you use them in? I have a gallon jar of them. lol

Hahahahaha at Vol In Ill.

Yeah Volly, those and Red peppers, especially roasted are my top two favorite peppers.

I use them wherever I can.

Instead of bell pepper I'll use them in any type of salad (Tuna, Potato, Pasta Vegetable...., I used them in the meatloaf I made Tuesday night.

Obviously with an Antipasto, Pizza, white Rice, blackeye Peas, white beans, corn... Mixed in after they are cooked.

Black Bean Salsa.

Any type of sandwich, especially an Italian sub.

Stuffed and sauteed. Many stuffing options.

Almost anything that you would like "peppers" in or on. Heck, I like to put a few in a bowl of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and dip them in ranch or Garlic butter.

You can also you them in a garlic and pepperoncini demi glaze with a little red wine and shallots. It's great with Braised Scoiattolo.
