He clocked in at the combine at 4.24 actually but after four years in the league he probably is around the 4.3 mark now.

Good point. I alway remember watching the ESPN mini series Playmakers. I'm one episode it shows the coaches with the older running back watching film that was broken down into .01 of a second. A safety runs him down at an angle, and the coach uses that to prove to him tht he lost a step, and if he was a couple .00 seconds faster in the forty he would have had a touchdown. Great TV show.

I love reading TQM, and generally agree with him. However, that movie scene convinced me that he's wrong when he deminishes 40 times.

From a AJC article, had a list of The Top 10 Georgia Juniors to Watch. AK was Number 8.

Makes me think that 4.38 speed is legit. :good!:

They seemed to be on top of the talent that Brian Randolph had a couple years ago when Rivals didn't.

If he's top 10 in Georgia, he's a must get.

MZTERRY I was wondering if Jason and Alvin have worked with a particular coach, or trainer to increase their speed. The improvement I saw from Jasons soph film to SR film was remarkable, and it seems like Alvin has also been able to increase his. If a particular trainer has helped them, he (or she) deserves some props for a job well done.
