ESPN's take

Remainder of the ESPN commentators are looking for a lot of scoring. Even Digger got this one right when he said this one is about shooting %.

Agree. Think the only way we stay in 60's this game is if they kids have one of those crappy games which nothing will fall. Don't think that'll happen. Interesting tourney this year and Vols are off to a great start with a more worthy opponent coming on tomorrow.

I was shocked to hear that they thought the guards would cancel one another out and the outcome would be decided by the big men, but gave UVA the edge there. Their big men play D and rebound, but do nothing else. I'll give them an advantage at 4, because we have the worst 4 man left in the tourney, but we're accustomed to being weaker there.

Guards cancelling one another out is just stupid. One set of them will outplay the other set and that team will likely win. I like the fact that ours generate TOs and theirs do not.

Spin, SPIN and more Spin. Tennessee plays to the level of its competition. I hope that they keep this up. It helps us readily prepare for the challenge. Of Course add the Bruce Pearl affect which knows how to deal with big games. He has in the last two seasons so effectively.

I really hate these commentators all of them. They are all cons. Their spin is based on their bias wants and emotions. Coach M analysis was as pretty stupid. He acts like because his analysis is so in depth that that is the way it is going to occur. Bruce Pearl is the coach and prepares for games very well. What we have heard is Sr leadership, guard play, front line play, style of play, up and down, bench play, points in paint, turnovers and on and on that win championships. All of it comes out of the same commentators mouth. Add that they stated that Tennessee is a hard 2nd game team to prepare for (I guess that arguement doesn't support their needs)

Who ever thought that scoring a hundred points in a game would be a reason to predict a lost. In that Case FL, KS, and TN are in trouble. How stupid. Why did not mention that TN is clicking on all cylinders right now after the first game and they really have no clue what is going to happen Sunday with the exception that it will be a good game that seems to be evenly matched but Vol fans Should know better.

If they bring this type of intensity and hustle to every game that they play, they can go deep into this tournament.

No Spin. Tennessee by 10.

tennessee was impressive yesterday. too impressive, it was scary how they just put up mad points. with our next game being tommorrow i think we will still have alot of that shooting touch with us and it will drive us to a 12 point win aginst virginia heading into our elitle 8 game with xavier.

why, I was correcting him. He said Elite 8 game with Xavier, and I was saying, no, we would play the winner of that game who would be OSU, in the sweet 16, not the elite 8.

If we win tomorrow.
