Random recruiting forum chatter (split)

And just a few years out of college you'll start to get hangovers. Even just a few beers might give you a headache. Getting old isn't fun.

+1

Take Thunder's advice, RoSmitty and the rest of you college kids, ENJOY every damn minute of college because once you're out and have a job, wife and kids...it's alllllll over. It's still fun in different ways but your freedom is gone.

Life lessons from vn. That's why I love this place.

ever had any Left Hand beers out of Colorado? really liked their Sawtooth...good stuff

Dead Guy is also good...Rogue...mmm

Totally, Sawtooth is a great beer that's heavy on flavor. I'm a big fan myself. They used to sell them at the mid-town mini-mart right next to the school. Place never carded...gotta love it as an under class man.

I'm a whiskey man myself. I have a college budget also, but instead of a 12 pack or so a week I'll buy something nice once a month. My most recent venture is with Jack Daniel's Honey, and I must say it is one of the finer Whiskey's i've ever had. 70 proof and you can't even notice a burn at all.

You're kidding, right? Please be...

Bam is just butt hurt jealous of anyone having more street cred than he does. For the time being he has given up on attacking Skeeter (changed to brown-nosing him instead), but he has redoubled his efforts against OCI. He claims he has OCI on ignore yet manages to post right after almost every comment OCI makes. Obvious as hell, and everyone but Bam realizes it.

Says the guy who has a Bible verse in his signature and posts garbage like this.

I know way more than OCIVol does about recruiting. Period. It's not about me proving anything. When someone claims to be an insider and misses on 5 or 6 claims within a 3 month period (Autry, Jacobs, Santos, Randy Shannon, he's flip flopped on Patterson, etc, etc.) I am going to call them out. Every time.

What's funny is you are saying I stalk him but by commenting on my comments, you are doing the same thing.

This is the first post I've even read by you in about 6 months mlsoft. Only because I saw my name in it. Every other post/thread you make is 3,000 words long and full of nothing.

The bottom line is I could care less what you or anyone else says about me or anything I post. As "butt hurt" as you think I am with OCIVol's garbage that he spews on this site... you are equally as "butt hurt" that I call him out on it.

I've already put OCIVol on ignore. Anyone that has a problem with me or anything I post is MORE than welcome to do the same to me. I promise you I will not care. At all.

Oh... and I've never once bashed Skeeter. Feel free to find where I did. I said he seems legit and he's never given me much reason to bash him.

In no particular order:

1. Fireside Chat beer
2. Harpoon Oktoberfest
3. Brew Free or Die
4. Newcastle
5. Any type of Porter (esp. in the wintertime)

My favorite Bourbon when I was in college was Henry McKenna. For those of you still in college, get it. It will change your life. Very good bourbon in my opinion. If I'm going whiskey, I generally go with Johnnie Walker Black. In the city, a glass of Johnnie black is about the same price as 2 bud lights, the problem is that you have dumb@$$ bartenders who don't know how to serve it and will serve it in a double shot glass rather than an appropriate whiskey glass.

Just bought a six pack of that the other week for the first time. It wasn't bad but I wasn't a big fan. I heard it is much better on tap. Any truth?

I've actually only had it on tap, but that's upsetting that you didn't like it. If you get a chance, I'd recommend ordering it on tap
