You say UGA cause you're an UGA fan, and actually if you want to go by your logic in terms of what makes the most sense for CP then its Tennessee. He has Bray slinging the ball to him, with Hunter and Rogers lined up outside of him. Would be apart of the best WR corps in the nation, and make a name for himself as well. His best shot at entering the NFL quicker is at Tennessee. Not to mention momentum has recently picked for Tennessee with CP. Considering how close it is to NSD and how we have emerged as it favorite for him once again, the writing's on the wall that CP will be a Vol imo. Nothing's official till the papers are signed Wednesday at 10:30 AM, but I believe CP will be a Vol and a damn good one too:thumbsup:

IMO, Arnett and Milton leaving gave us something to put in front of him to consider. He wants playing time first and I don't blame him.

He's ESPN's recruiting guy. He also said early last week that UGA was using Rogers and Hunter as negative recruiting for Patterson.

I don't see why they wouldn't. He has stated before he favors schools where he can step in and be number 1. Could hurt them as well though if patterson considers himself better than those two.

Seemed to loose steam with CP when it was found out in December that he wouldn't be an EE.

Does anyone else think then that when Arnett transferred out, that it actually helped us out here with CP? SIAP BTW IMHO

I thought that Arnett had been bad mouthing UT and that's why we lost the lead. My opinion tho.

With the question marks surrounding their QB position, and the fact that Malzahn is gone, id be very surprised if he signed with the barn. Then again, stranger things have happened. Still going Vol on this one.

Vol on the Plains said that Trooper has been involved in recruiting CP. A little known JUCO player that signed with the Barn named Cam Newton makes me suspicious.

This is hands down, the best policy to follow on JUCO recruits. The junior colleges in the state of Mississippi are the shadiest.

Very true, but the barn could not match the big bucks CP could making entering the NFL after a killer career at Tennessee. I agree though, the recruiting that goes on at Auburn is very sketchy.

I think it's no secret he would like to be a one and done player. I don't know if that happens or not. At this point, IMO, I would have to say yes. He gets you a TD with every 5 touches of the football. That's sick at the JUCO level, or any level for that matter...

Yeah to be honest of the 4 remaining targets I'm least confident on CP. But I still think we have a better chance than most think. I'm still going with it though...

Great news. IMO, its a UT and UGA with LSU on the outside looking in. Tennessee wins in the end, and lands CP on NSD. That's the scenario im hoping for.
