Kids love twitter and facebook and I can't think of another way to let this kid know how much Volnation wants him to join the best WR corp in the nation. If you use twitter simply copy and paste this than tweet it out:

Volnation wants #CordarrellePatterson in #OrangeAndWhite! #GOVOLS #VFL

Lets see if we can get this going. Come on Vols fans do your part!!!!

Yeah I gotcha man. I wish Rivals ranked the JuCos higher this year. IIRC, they didn't rank many high because many turn out to be busts or something.
Bruce Irvin sure didn't. Hated to watch the WV games against LSU then Clemson, knowing that we had this guy in our back pocket, it seemed. Yes, I know it was the SEC's academic requirements and all, supposedly, but you hate to let one like that get away. Sure hope Worley is able to convince his former teammate to join him in Knoxville.

Hated that too. Glen Stanley was another one. Anybody know if he got any PT?

I personally think it's creepy unless a recruit or their parents specifically make the first initiative. (Like Mzterry)

So its creepy to talk to a kid and let him know he's a great player on a form of social media that everyone under the age of 40 uses. Yet, not creepy to talk about said kid to other 40 year old men, while using an alias?

Strange times.

Touche. I actually laughed very hard at that.

First of all I'm far from 40. Second of all I misread the original post and actually thought you guys were going to directly flood his profile with tweets. If you guys wanna try and start trending topics about him have at it, but I'm still gonna pass on that too.

Oh I know exactly what you mean. Every time I watched them play they talked about him. Oh what could have been...

I just copied and pasted this from the other thread so more people could see it. It's on VQ too. Thought it would be cool.

Did he tell you this? I can remember just a few days ago when Stokes was excited about his name trending on twitter. What makes you think Patterson wouldn't like it

He might like it, sure, but if you think it would drastically affect his decision this late in the recruiting process, you're kidding yourself.

sadly, I think some recruits base their decisions on less than this.... How is this any different than painting his name on a rock?

The rock is a tradition, and a lot of work is put into it. Recruits like the rock, but they don't base their decision off of it.

According to Mike Gundy, you're missing a serious qualification for being a man.

I'm just messin, don't worry.
