However, his disdain for kissing the a$$es of self indulgent recruits is exactly why he left for the pros in the first place.By all reports, he is very good at it though. UofD seems an odd choice.

You know, there are times when I wonder what O'Neill could have done with another year or two with the recruiting class Jerry Green inherited from him, which underachieved their way to four straight NCAA bids.
