Who thinks we are gonna win down in Gainsville in September?....I think we can pull it off

Teams like Tennessee, Florida, USC, Ohio State, etc, should have a chance in every game. The talent margins are incredibly slim.

I think if Erik Ainge is healthy, we will win.

i think we have a shot with or without ainge, def a better one with him, but crompton will step up if he has to take over and play to his fullest in such a big rivalry game

we pull it off next year and sweep them in basketball im callin it

I'm thinking that sweeping them in hoops next year will be no real feat.

We won't win there. They'll have to get a lot tougher on both sides of the ball.:machgun:

i think we will be pretty solid on both sides of the ball and this new no huddle offence is goin to give alot more chances to put points on the board

that is a VERY tough place to play...on TV it might seem like a small stadium...but when you go inside...its unbelieveble...its the best game atmosphere i have ever been in

yeah, we'll have a chance.

but this is a game that i budget as a loss. we don't exactly win at Florida regularly, especially when they are the defending national champs....and they do lose a lot on D, but the offense should be fine, if the qb works itself out......and we still have issues on our side of the ball, on both sides of the ball.

a lot depends on development of WR's between now and then and if the defense can develop depth and talent up front....right now, on paper, UF is the better team.

One of the best road atmospheres I have been to was last year in Arky. They really hate us and that game was HUGE to them. It was the first time College Game Day was on campus and we have owned them. That place was nuts.

You really need to go to a game at Neyland.

I agree pj, there's nothing like the Generals house. The swamp isn't bad but I have it behind LSU and bammer. There is something about a UT bammer game that must be experienced live. Walking into Neyland or Bryant Denny on the 3rd Saturday in Oct you know you're about to watch something special.

Man I love it when UT beats Bammers butt.:superman:

Have done both and agree :good!:. You can feel the tension in the air and the sights, sounds and smell are just amazing. There is no fence riding when dealing with the 3rd Saturday, it's love/hate at it's best.

I have been to most SEC venues and, while the UF stadium is cool, the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. It just wasn't very fun (except for the fact we were staying at the UF team hotel and almost ran over Spurrier! He's still got moves cause I tried hard :))

I was very confident about this game in the afterglow of the NC game. But now that the reality has set in about most of our defense leaving and Tebow's relative inexperience, I am not so sure. At this point, I still give us the edge. The game is at home and I still feel like we have the better lineplay going for us.

But I am not as confident about it as I was three months ago.
