I would agree this is a good sign. However, he has been a VT fan forever and Lynchburg is VT country. Fortunately, distance should not be too much of an issue. Sunseri is a plus and Palermo could be a factor. We can really use him.I have felt we had a decent shot for Kirven for a long time, but with this news of a mid-week visit with his family in tow I feel we have a very high probability of landing him on NSD. Kirven has been to VT dozens of times and there is really nothing new they could show him this weekend to change his mind.
You just don't come for a mid-week visit and bring the family along a week before NSD unless you are very serious about the program -- and that is doubly true when you are paying for it out of your own pocket and when you have coaches from various top programs scheduled for in-home visits every day next week, including Alabama.
Unless something really strange happens when they come that causes the family to not like us, Kirven will be a Vol on NSD.
