How is it a bad move?
Is it not clear that they felt they better options, whether true or not? If they believe that, it's exactly the right move.You have a solid recruit who has multiple offers from schools equal or better than your status and you tell him, "well, I know you could go there for a full ride and play, but we'll let you pay your own way here and sit around for a year."
I just can't see how that could possibly be a good move. Not to mention, the player could stir the pot with other recruits, HS coaches get pissed, etc...

So I am extremely concerned with Wake Forrest. I wonder if we can pull them from them. Most other fan boards are not evening mentioning UT as the one to beat but Wake. Of course other sites suck.
Of course USCjr sites think Wake will land him, they don't want to lose Davis to UT. Losing him to Wake, a team that has recruited him for a much longer time and is in the ACC, wouldn't hurt as much. Davis choosing UT would sting quite a bit for cock fans. JMO
