IMO i think Doc was right bout RS but when it came down to it he prob wanted too much money and negotiations broke down along the way

A lot of disgruntled fans, not all, insisted on a Staff Shakeup....Now that it is occuring everybody is stating it is a sinking ship....

Dooley runs a tight ship....Duh...Dooley went as far to talk about the internet and the Chaos caused by it...

One of the things he can control is information out and information into the organization....It is a Saban type thing and tactic...Seen it in the buisness world.....

This has been done incrediably well by Hart and Dooley..With misinformation and with secrecy...They were in a catch 22 from day one.....We all know nothing.....well some do and some don't.....

The one example that comes to mind is the Steele conversation and the two not one pressers that followed....First, he was not offered the DC position....Second, he was not offered a reasonable amount for the position.......

Take It For What it is Worth....Again, still believe it is Shannon...

Not for me, I well aware of that mischievous dude. I see the parallel too. Eddie was a guy people just basically put up with. He was always screwing up and trying to pin the blame on someone else.

Zach Snow knew that is was Randy Shannon a while back. I don't think that 21 year old kid really knows anything.

I'll be very surprised if Sunseri not named DC.

ignore any references to Shannon. that has been the biggest troll of a fan base I have ever witnessed. Every UT message board around bit on it. has not been and will not be in play..

LWS, do you think RS was not in play due to our reservations or was it his demands?

And what are you hearing about who may be coming in with SS to round out his staff, and who is in play for OL coach?

both. we had major reservations and he was wanting in excess of 7 figures with no penalty if he left. never got close at all of being a consideration.

I've been in meetings all day and have not heard anything on those other positions. I would be surprised if an OL coach doesn't happen quickly once HH says he is gone. I would think Chaney / Dooley have checked those out.

Several people here are saying Chaney might leave after NSD, what's the deal with that? More VN rumor BS?
