Tennessee: We hear that Dooley is meeting with Sal Sunseri today and were told that his meeting with Navy defensive coordinator Buddy Green went very well. We'll keep you posted.

How bout this: Shannon DC, Sunseri to LB, Green to Secondary! Then we know how serious Hart really is...lol

oh and it seems Buddy shut down Dooley,while he was at LA Tech , Navy defeated LA Tech 32-14 in 09

In the melt down yesterday about him being interviewed my inside source(lol) was told it was for a position coach only. Then VQ connected it for me. In all seriousness my guy is a very high up donor that never claims inside info because he doesn't have any. This was a very small nugget and the only thing he was told in this entire process. Point being big donors don't know nearly as much as we think.

Nowhere. This was in an article VQ put out last night...

Dooley also is seeking to fill spots coaching special teams and linebackers on his staff, though Sunseri's expertise in coaching linebackers could allow Dooley some flexibility in that regard. Dooley could possibly choose to add a safeties coach. In Dooley's first year, he had two coaches in the secondary --- both Terry Joseph and Peter Sirmon --- and he had a cornerbacks coach and safeties coach when he was at Louisiana Tech.

If it plays out this way good strategy. CSS is relatively inexperienced at his position and CBG has a mtn of experience. No idea if they can coexist but it would be a wise strategy if they could. Mix in CLT's experience and you'd have a very solid platform.

What is going on? Here is what is going on...they are called interviews. For all of you who have only worked at places where you walk in off the street and ask for an application over the counter, let me explain how the process works. One is ASKED to come in to meet the management and there talks are had where a myriad of subjects are discussed. Probably things like any illegal drug use, attraction to hostesses wearing orange, Land Kiffin, any affinity for Nick Saban, feelings on Tim Tebow, philosophy on 3rd and long situations, NCAA rules, BBQs at your house, Lying to "The Man", willingness to recruit, matress burning, Phil Fulmer, Johnny Majors, the Power T, Smokey's recovery, Dave Hart as new Big Orange Mafia Don, The Vol For Life program, feelings on the knoxville media, orange pants and so on. Based on the answers given, a selection will be made, and then an offer tendered. Negotiations will ensue and in the end, an agreement will be struck. After all that, THEN a press release will be issued or press conference will held.

Please stop. This type of garbage isn't helpful. Let's be happy there is a chance we get a solid group of new coaches. Let's put some good juju out there for our Vols this yr. Not the stupid negative crap. Thanks.
