Umm I said he may.

No, I actually don't think he will. I made a thread about it saying I don't think he will. But alot of people do.

We will see. I bet he gets a shot though. Free agent or at least gets into a camp somewhere. I would be shocked if he doesn't get some type of shot.

I agree his handler will somehow get him at least a look but I think he'll turn out like our favorite bust...
Maurice Clarett

One thing of note...

Look at the first round of last years NFL draft, then look at their star rankings out of high school. It was shocking how many were 2 and 3 stars vs 5 star. I honestly don't know if that was an anomaly though...

FTR....I don't want us to go after 2 and 3 stars, just pointing out we can argue this in circles. Would be a good drinking exercise....

Look at the stars in the NFL though. Of course 3* players are going to get drafted. There are way more of them than 4* and 5*.

Again, I will take 25 4* and 5* players all day long and take my chances with a few of them busting. I don't know what else to say really to prove it.. I guess agree to disagree.

Again, I agree with you.

But, I was talking 1st round, look at it. As I said, it's just a point that can argued and argued in circles. At the end of it all I'm on the same side of you.

Santos is still a 3* though.

:)

I understand why Rivals has him as a 3* but if he's a 3* they need to adjust alot of other guys who are committed to other teams that also have coverage issues as LBs or whatever the case is. You can't have Santos as a 3* and Quanzell Lambert as a 4* who is committed to Rutgers and isn't on Santos' level in any way.

Another sketchy thing about Rivals is they decided Trent Taylor should go from 4* to 3* within a few months after changing commitments from Miami to UT. I don't get that one either.

And Sentimore 3*, the only JUCO guy with SEC experience...

Yep, Sentimore is under rated as well.

I'm definitely not saying Rivals is perfect by any means but "generally" they are fairly solid as a scouting service.

Luke Stocker was a 3*. I mean we can do that all day. But again, are those the exceptions or the rule?

night fellas!!! I'm out

It is ok, you can tell us what you are really going to do. UT's#1fan already outed you for watching gay porn

He was a good WR. Just liked marijuana alot.

You're digging pretty hard!! lol

I remember two plays from banks --

The hail Mary catch in the swamp going into halftime in 2003.

The hurdle over a UGA player ( not sure what yr ).

Banks was athletic

I think my favorite Banks moment was that same Florida game when he just fell over right as the ball was snapped.
