Urbie will have visions again, and tell Santos that he has been told by the lord that he is the key to returning Ohio st to their runner up in the AA ways. And there will be tears..oh yes there will be lots of tears. :cray: Mushcamp will go all crazy eyed, and tell him how much he and Santos are alike. How they are both crazy mfers that just want to hit/kill somebody. :crazy:

I am not worried about Santos. UT is a perfect fit for him and he loves it here. Ohio State can't offer him the same things UT can and neither can Florida. If he visits, so what. He is a VOL on NSD.

I was messin. I think if we hire the right guy, Santos will stick. But that is what Urbie and Mush will do.:)

I think Dalton is committed to the Vols still, but his dad is not. Got a feeling this will turn into a woo Daddy contest at this point. Hoping Dalton sticks and they get someone in asap to lock this up.

I do think as long as it is a solid hire and either a really good LB coach / Thompson moving to LBs this will be a done deal.

Aren't his parents coming with him on the weekend of the 13th? DC hire, CDD talking to parents, and another time getting on campus means I'm comfortable with where we are with Santos.

Ok...Im on some vol facebook page....and someone said they wished our defense was still respected....And Santos said.."give it time..we will be the most respected defense in the sec...Boom

Everyone said Jacobs and Autry were Vols. Anytime anyone questioned if they were the homers would start their "fail" BS and give the ole "Im not worried". If a recruit is taking visits and listening to other coaches, anything can happen.

Santos still wants to be a Vol. Dad is very unhappy about Wilcox and Sirmon leaving though. His mom wants him at Texas A&M. If he doesn't end up a Vol, he ends up an Aggie. UF and Ohio St are too late.

i dont know if it was mentioned but santos almost matched duke johnson's time in this obstacle course thing at the UA combine now duke was going against a bunch of LB's so he didnt really try too hard and santos was going all out

but still i def wouldnt say he's got bad speed

It is true, and he can have someone else pass the word along form the recruit to call him. Happens all the time. I'm sure UT does the same thing.
