What a beast! We need his swagger in the middle too.

I love to hear that he fell in love with UT, and it wasn't just the coach. We need these type of kids. Reminds me of when I first arrived on The Hill from Texas. It's a great small city with great people, beautiful sweet girls, and left me with memories I will cherish for the rest of my life. VFL!!!

meaning the sky is not falling and he is all Vol...it really make me want to vomit that so many of you folks are so freaked out about wilcox.... FWIW I was never enamored by what Wilcox did during his time on the hill... I want someone who can run a really aggressive blitz scheme... and dont bother me with the personel crap... just run the damn scheme that intimidates a QB... when is the last time we ever saw that?

The coaches are a big thing," he said. "But I always knew that I cant lay all my eggs in one basket because you never know when one of them may be gone. I like the class coming in, the guys already there, the atmosphere, the fans, the campus. My heart is there. I'm absolutely comfortable with that.

This was from Scout posted yesterday. When I read it yesterday I found it odd considering what everybody had said about he and Sirmon being so close. I thought the quote was worth seeing again. It gives me some confidence especially if he had no clue today was in the works.

His dad is very upset that wilcox and sirmon are no longer here. His dad loved those two. Its the dad that told one of our coaches today Santo will not be a vol. Hopefully Dalton wants to remain a vol and things we be ok once emotions get in check.

I honestly think he stays a vol, but UT needs to make a couple good hires and give this guy and McNeil some much needed attention.

Well good thing we r recruiting dalton to play for us and not his dad..

Santos is staying at UT.. also everyone will be very surprised at the next hire by UT. IN A VERY GOOD WAY! go ahead and sing UTvols365 praises

Ok then why don't you tell us who we are going to hire

Tennessee is going to hire.......THE RIGHT GUY. They have NO room for mistakes or oh were sorry for that one. Tennessee is going to make the fan base happy and the recruits and players happy. They CAN NOT afford not too.

Lol yea because his father has no influence on his college choice

Sure he has some influence but we start a meltdown on here when skeeter says he knows Santos isn't going to be a Vol and the staff hadn't even talked to him. Its been a tough day with many over reactions and even skeeter isn't innocent in that department.

Skeeter, OCI, jmoore, they're all human. Jmoore actually got really melodramatic about the time Autry committed to MSU.

The dad will have to be won over, just like Peters mom will have to be won over.
