The Pac 12 has USC, Oregon and Stanford slotting in well behind LSU/Alabama and mixed with teams like South Carolina, Arkansas and Georgia. After that, the Pac 12 sucks.
As such, it's fairly safe to say that the Pac 12 is, in fact, light years behind the SEC. Same with the Big 12 since they're going to be torn to shreds in bowl games this season.
