Flour tortillas and garlic toast points are my favorite but to meet your diet requirements, the veggies work better.
Whole wheat pita points are great too. And they are good for you.
Roasted chick peas are delish.
And my favorite sushi joint has a wasabi dressing that I would kill for. Care to share to share your thoughts about how to make it?

I said I bet they don't use wasabi because.....I wouldn't and mine would be better. Not arrogant just going by my taste. I've never been to Japan but I would expect them to use fresh horseradish root instead of wasabi paste or powder.
How I would make it?......
Fresh horseradish root shredded.
Mayo
Rice vinegar
Soy sauce
Sesame seed oil
Chopped edamame.
Maybe the edamame was what he was getting from the bowl?
