Okay, all things considered, I am going to have to admit that this game is shaping up to be a lot closer than I would have thought ten days ago. Gators have to ge their head back in the game. We all know they are capable of beating anyone, and handily, but they just aren't getting it done lately. The confidence is at a low point.

UT is on a good run with Lofton back and you have a chance at an undefeated home season. The Vols will not go down without a fight.

Still, Florida knows it needs to show it is still its old self. So, they get it done.

Florida wins, 77-68.

I'm gonna say that Florida plays much better than they have in the recent past, but UT wins it.

Final Score: UT 82 UF 80

I predict which ever team has the highest 3 point % wins.

UT 79, UF 64

Tennessee forces 20+ turnovers on the Gators.

Noah and Horford get in foul trouble early.

The true nature of Florida Basketball shows its face at long last tonight. The ghosts of Teddy DuPay, Jason Williams, Brett Nelson, and Steve Bonner rise from the grave to ensure a choke job in a key game.

Gators crap the bed, 76-72.

I was going to try and find your post that you posted a couple of days ago predicting a 20+ point UF win, but I have been bitten by the lazy bug today.

I'm banking on our crowd making those guys commit some dumb fouls early in all of their excitement. They may try to overperform, leading to turnovers and fouls.

Noah has been criticized a bit of late for letting his emotions cause him to play out of control. There is some merit to that.

Don't bother. I acknowledge it. But I believe it was a 19 point prediction. Guess I have sobered up some to the reality that UT is playing well, Gators not so much.

This is one of those games that I wouldn't be surprised if it were a 10+ point win either way or a narrow victory in for either team. I can honestly say that I have no idea how this game will turn out.

I betcha Bruce will have Lofton and R. Smith making some strong moves to the basket to draw contact from the bigs.

We do need a solid game from Ryan Childress tonight when he's in for Chism and/or Crews.

I think part of Florida's recent struggles is that they got complacent and kind have been just going through the motions. I mean they have the 1 seed in the east locked up and everyone has been blowing them up all year how they are poised for a repeat and a few teams snuck up on them and it was hard to adjust during the game...I fully expect them to be ready and come out playing hard tonight and if they play like they are capable of we just don't have the horses to win...I see it 80-70 Florida...

I'm predicting that Dane will hit his first layup in over two months to win the game for UT. He hasn't done much all year, but will hit one shot tonight and go down as one of the greatest UT players of all time. Go Dane!!!! Hit one for us tonight.

TN 85
FL 84

IF..........If the Vols show up to play, I think it'll be a war. I think Florida comes out looking to put their loss behind them and start heading to the dance peaking strong. That and you throw in it's the Vols...I look for a very physical game, players fouled out, possibly OT's and blood on the floor. We also really do need Childress to come in and play physical and half pissed off. Or we could look like the USC game...depends on which team shows, but I digress. My prediction is an OT finish Vols win 71-67 :detective:

OH MY!! WHAT A MATCHUP BABY! but florida will fall behind early (as they are accustomed to) and will come back late in the game (as we are accoustomed to giving up big leads), but in the end, i dont see florida coming back from behind on the road, especially in TBA

TENN- 89
FLA- 83

GO VOLS!
