That isn't happening to my knowledge. I couldn't find a link except one that led back to a 3 year old email. Basically, has to do with ACLU and others trying to keep religion and government separate in all ways. As it's supposed to be. Think it stems from people offended by religious themes on government property. Some ask the ACLU for help in the controversy.
