come in around 270 and get bigger in the league like every other DL.

Dang idk how I forgot about ben. Feel bad now, always liked him but I guess because of the injuries he wasn't as big of an impact as the others. But we are losing 3 full time starters right?

I'm not worried about this one for the same reason I am worried about Patterson. I don't think Georgia is our real competition for CP; I think its Auburn because they are the ones missing a stud WR which is what I think CP is looking for in lieu of his statement that his concern was to make sure he could get his touches. I think Bray gave us an advantage with CP but with both JH & DR I think CP may have some concern about three being a crowd. The opposite is true for Jacobs. Not very much competion ATM.

FL DL, agree, Jacobs has a better shot at immediate pt w/ the Vols.

Regarding CP, Hunter may not return (in 2012) choosing instead to focus on track. Either way, CP will have an opportunity to show his prowess.

I hope he saw defense wasn't the problem. Hell even on that big drive they forced a fumble that was the worst blown call of the year. Hahahahahahahaha have to just laugh about that pitiful game yesterday though. Getting shut down by Kentucky. I have to chuckle at the thought.

I agree with you about there being less competition for Jacobs here as opposed to Florida and that is the primary reason I expect him to end up at Tennessee.

But I strongly disagree with you about Auburn being a threat for Patterson. Auburn is zero competition for us with Patterson for 2 main reasons:

1) Auburn's offensive scheme is geared toward the run, not the pass. If Patterson prefers to do decoy work or to do downfield blocking assignments for the running backs, then Auburn is the place for him. If he wants to catch passes to enhance what he can make in the NFL, then he needs to go to either Tennessee or UGA.

2) Auburn definitely does not have a passing QB and since Patterson is a JUCO he does not have the time to wait until they develop one.

There are a number of other reasons for him to choose Tennessee or UGA over Auburn, but those two are all it should take.

I hope you are right because I would think that he may have less competition for his touches here than he might at UGA plus we don't know yet how JH will perform when he gets back on the field. I hope he gets back to top form right away but I'm not certain that's a given.

Don't forget the MO!!!!! If we get these guys Wilcox can run his defenses. It will make the secondary much much better.
