Doesn't make it any less illegal.

Look it, I hate hippies, but this is way out of line. If that was my son sitting there and that fat pos cop just walked up and started pepper spraying people, I would turn into the waterboy and level that dude.

Those kids posed no harm to anyone, and in fact the cop pepper spraying made the situation more dangerous for himself, his coworkers and the school property

There is a reason why he is on admin leave

The first time I watched that video, I was waiting for the crowd to rush the cop. Someone sitting on the ground, posing no threat to anyone, should never be pepper sprayed.

EL. OH. EL

Megyn Kelly and pretty much the entire Fox News morning show is a comedy gold mine.

Considering their morning show would come on about 2am out on the left coast I'm curious how much you actually get to tune in for on a daily basis.

I'd wonder as to the mental capacity of my son for sitting there and allowing himself to be sprayed.

I usually get up around five and spend the morning reading and flipping news stations/ESPN, so I can catch parts of the last hour or so.

So according to Megyn this is the same as if the police officer casually walked along and pelted them with rotten tomatoes?

makes sense to me.

"The active ingredient in pepper spray is capsaicin, which is a chemical derived from the fruit of plants in the Capsicum genus, including chilis.

Capsaicin ( /kæpˈseɪ.ɨsɪn/; 8-methyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonenamide, (CH3)2CHCH=CH(CH2)4CONHCH2C6H3-4-(OH)-3-(OCH3) ) is the active component of chili peppers, which are plants belonging to the genus Capsicum. It is an irritant for mammals, including humans, and produces a sensation of burning in any tissue with which it comes into contact. Capsaicin and several related compounds are called capsaicinoids and are produced as a secondary metabolite by chili peppers, probably as deterrents against certain herbivores and fungi.[1] Pure capsaicin is a hydrophobic, colorless, odorless, crystalline to waxy compound."

Sounds like a food product to me.

So it's roughly the same as cops going around and spraying them with expired ketchup... What's the big deal?

And cyanide comes from almonds...
