That's him. He always told everyone that he was born during a UT football game. His parent heard the cheering...Hooray..Hooray..Hooray, and thus he was named. Some actually believed him.

Last I heard, he's away from that. Was still a good drinker, though. If you're ever up in Knoxville, you might find him at Ye Olde. Hard to go through there without either him, his son or wife being there. Now, I'm hungry for a steak.
