This guys a moron. Says not impressed with Tennessee defense and cant contain Murray, Crowell. I say BS

Tennessee played decent vs the Gators. It was the lousy special teams play which gave up 2 TDs.

Yeah, he said our defense isn't fast enough to contain Florida, then we won't contain Georgia and we get beat big. Desmond, where's the rest of the crack rock at? Georgia isn't even in the same stadium of talent with Florida, we win this game, bottom line. There is just way too much on our side. The home field advantage, night game, they haven't beat us at Neyland in a while and it wont start now, a better qb, and overall better team chemistry.

I actually like Desmond. He probably still has his panties in a bunch over the 2001 Citrus Bowl. We didn't just beat his precious U of M, we destroyed them!

Look,most of these "experts "have paper trails that they have following them picking Tennessee 6-6 in June and cant come off of that.He's a major tool for sure and Id just leave it at that.

Until we win a big game, they can say whatever they want. We haven't beaten anyone we shouldn't have in a long time. Hopefully today changes that and builds us some momentum going forward.

OK what has our defense done? Give up alot of big plays. (Pead, Rainey,Demps the QB from Buffalo)We need to wrap up and tackle on defense. I hate to say this but he is right. Today we can prove everyone wrong.

I don't understand. Alot of people picked TN to upset FL, but since we lost to them they say were going to lose to a lesser talented GA team? Why?

I like Desmond Howard....he was overstating how bad our D was against UF, but in a nutshell he is right...our D misses more tackles in recent memory and just has a slow and softer look than a typical UT D with the exception of last year ofcourse. Though we are def better than he is giving us credit for and will beat UGA at home. But I think he is just making an observation about our D that most people around the country have. Without Janzen and Martin in there, there is a huge gap of where we should be at this point.

to be serious, i don't trust either defense.

in a tight ballgame in the 4th quarter, i know murray has had the habit of making the big mistake. bray hasn't really been in that situation.

however, i still believe, like against florida, that for tennessee to win they must make their opponent at least honor the run. they don't have to pound the rock, just make georgia respect it
