Yes sir. sear/braise. I put about a qtr inch of oil in a pot and brown the ribs on all sides before putting them in the crockpot.

On sunday. I usually seal in foil and slip em in the oven.. Crock pot was your idea. Thought I'd try it..

Thanks y'all. She got a lot more information from the radiologist today than she expected. She'll hear from her oncologist next week I'm sure. We all know the ropes with this. Just hate swinging from it.
