Manning's Best Shot

Am not really sure of your motivation here Ox2. I am a big Peyton fan but the Jesus reference is disgusting. Please declare your intent since you are LOL.

The whole song was disgustingly bad. That was the point.

So Phil Fulmer is beyond reproach (in the mind of Ox2) but Peyton is a laughing stock? In the words of Vinnie Barbarino "I'm so confused"..

Peyton is his own worst enemy. He has made some of the worst decisions these last two weeks. Forcing the ball into double and triple coverage with little or know confidence. He and his recivers needs to get on the same page before Sunday because Mr. Cuttoff hodded sweatshirt nows how to confuse the heck out of him.

Anybody else think Manning is waking up in cold sweats this whole week? On the flip side, I have a feeling that Brady is sleeping soundly through the night.

Brady has his rings...not to say that it is just another game, but he has not played much better than any QB still in the hunt. This is the year of defense.

I think of all the people involved, Tony Dungy has as much to prove as anyone. It looks like he finally has the defense prepared to play. We will see how it unfolds.

LOL The way people create agendas for me on this site is amazing.

I'm a pretty big Peyton Manning fan. My first loyalties are to the Cowboys, but Peyton wins everything else hopefully.

The link was provided because I think it's funny. The guy sings awful even though his words are pretty funny. Some people can't look past the "Rap" part of it, I know, but I can, and I laughed at it. The Jesus refference is another funny momemnt. The guy in the song is a Peyton fan, he isn't running him down, and neither am I.

Thanks for atleast asking me though as opposed to simply thinking I own a Peyton Manning dart board.

Interesting how winning makes such a difference.

I too think Tom Brady is the best clutch QB out there but he did not have a good game yesterday. San Diego handed it to him on a platter.

Right, because Manning lit up Baltimore.

I love Manning, but I feel Brady will get number 4.

I agree that Manning didn't play well either - just pointing out that because Brady has won in the past, his game performance is not a subject of discussion. Since Manning hasn't, his performance is the main subject of discussion.

i think the problem is that brady's 4th quarter and his drive at the end of the first half can overshadow his overall performance from yesterday's game. it wasn't great, but he got it done when he had to.

I agree - the same should be said about PM in the Raven game. Right or wrong, Brady's play will receive less scrutiny since he has won so many playoff games.

I especially liked the play the Patriots drew up on their next to last drive where Brady throws the INT, Brown strips the ball, and Caldwell recovers to keep the drive alive.

It won't be... as has been the case for many years recently, the AFCCG will be the Super Bowl.
