"Tennessee is the school I want to go to," said the three-star swingman. "This is the school that is going to get me ready. I feel like Coach Martin will be able to do that for me."

A big wing who is known for his ability to shoot from deep, Reese feels Tennessee was sold on his approach to the game.

"My versatility and how I look at the game," said Reese when asked what attracted Tennessee to him. "I don't play just with my athleticism. I know I'm not the most athletic person, I play smart.

"Being 6-foot-8 and being able to to shoot and playing smart. I think that's what they looked at and liked."

Buncha stargazers, IMO.

We might not have any new penalties coming for bball, but that doesn't mean the 4 and 5 star recruits are gonna come pouring in. I expect recruits like this for the next several years, so IMO, whatever. GBO

IT'S FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE (not basketball time.)

There may be upside to this kid. Obvious the coaches see something in him to make the offer. However Ole Miss was the only other SEC school on his list and they hadn't offered. Not even the Gators were recruiting this kid. Hmmm...

I don't really understand why we would take him so early. Obviously the staff saw something they liked, but we're in the middle of it for several high-caliber players.

Martin's hands are tied. No more backyard bar-b-ques at the coaches house. Everyone knows that's what the 4-5 stars are looking for these days. Cut him some slack! (sarcasim)

Most people use 'NC' to mean 'National Championship". But obviously that's not what you meant to imply. Did you type 'NC' to imply 'Nother Coach'?

He has decent offers from Ole Miss and UCF, but going on his page and seeing a bunch of Atlantic Sun bottom feeders doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Maybe, just maybe Martin and his staff know more about evaluating talent than you guys do. Its early, kid could be rising.

Damn, welcome the kid on board, and quit trashing everyone that is below 4 and 5 stars.

Rivals does not list Ole Miss as offered. Only as a school listed in interested in.
