I've read this whole thread and still haven't found out if Mr. Croom is an EE or not

the announcer said during the game that he still plans on playing basketball his senior year. So, unless momma says otherwise, I would think that he is NOT an EE.

How many games you gonna make it to this year?

At least 4 for sure.. We were gonna try to do the cincin game but we have another date to forfill, so we'll be at the UGA and alabama games

Welcome to UT! It's so good to have Jason on board. Hope you get to come to every game and see the Vols get back to the old days!

I have a question. feel free to ignore it. Do you know if Jason is willing to play TE if it is easier for him to play as a freshman or is it his dream to play WR. I know that the coaches will follow through with whatever they told him when they recruited him, but does Jason have a preference?

He's a receiver.

You could really see how proud his parents were and you couldn't wipe the smile off of Jason's face. I hope he has an awesome career at UT.

The short guy that Jason gets up and hug is his Godfather, who was born and raised in Knoxville. You here him yelling YES YES in the background then we both started crying.. lol Yesterday was an emotional day for our family ... :eek:lol::)

just saw the video
saw the mom crying, pretty cool to watch her son be able to decide.
I have a little one who just starting playing QB and hopefully one day i get to see that

its a feeling like no other!! My son was happy, I was overwhelmed.. his Godparents, aunts & uncles brother and sisters were all there with us.... Besides myself.. Jason is the first one of our kids to go this far.. for free.. lol the rest of them lived in my purse, until they moved out, started marrying and having kids. :dance2:

NOPE... he's still committed to basketball as of now.

thank u so much

Its amzing to see HS athletes these days. So many of them either cant speak, have zero class, have great talent but you dont want them to represent your university (Markeith Ambles..Dodged a huge bullett). So its refreshing to see the kind of young men and players Coach Dooley is bringing in. Not only are they good players but ones you arent afraid to represent this great university. And Jason is definately one of those players, with a great first name as well. lol

MZTERRY.. when did tennessee first start to contact Jason?.. I am so glad we got him. He is classy, respectful and loves the game of football.. GO VOLS

TJ didn't show up until May at Jason's spring game.

Had they not showed up MSU would have had him today. Imagine that?

Its a crazy story behind UT. As you all can tell I'm very involved with the recruiting process of Jason. I'm not the mother who you can tell " I'll take good care of your son".... duh... I know u will if I leave him anywhere. ....lol:)

Mrsterry.... Think it's is cool you looked up volnation before he committed. Hope it was to see how the fanbase is. I know I will be looking forward to watching him play and move on to greater things after college.

Thanks for being a VFL MZTERRY. Also glad to hear you played some B-Bal. Grew up watching my sis play and have never lost the notion that women's ball is more proper defense and offense than the men's.

GO VOLS!!

when we came back from Miami, UT and MSU and FSU I got on the boards of each...

I wanted to know how there fans were.. I'm rowdy! I need to loud... obnoxious at games. that's what we do here in Norcross.:dance2::clapping:

I want fans to be like me.. Get in where I fit in.... I fit here..

Rock on. I can not wait to see him play in his first away game at Oregon next year. I hope a lot of my VOL Brethren and Sisters can make the trip. I do not want to be the lone ORANGE CLAD Warrior in the stands.

GO VOLS!!

Mzterry, its great to have ur son as part of the vol family. I was wondering what the deciding factor was between UT n MSU and is Dooley as funny in person as he is in interviews. VFL
