None of the coaches are going anywhere. Some have had a few chances to leave, but each on turned the offers down because they believe in what CDD is building. Coaches are the last thing to worry about. They like the idea of building this program from the bottom up. They want to see the fruits of their labor.

Sirmon ought to be up for recruiter of the year. He has had huge impact on getting several of our recruits.
