Howdy Vols! just thought i would drop by and see what the buzz about Dalton is like over here. This kid is a beast and will be a great player for either program. I would love to have this kid in Maroon and White, but he has said to the A&M sites that he loved his trip to Knoxville. I think its 50/50 right now. Dalton has said in multiple interviews that once he is done with football he wants to raise his family in Texas, so staying and getting a degree at A&M would be huge for him. But he has also said that the SEC is a great fit for him, and i can't disagree with that. He is your typical SEC MLB. I hope he wears Maroon and White, but when all is said and done I think Dalton is going to be a Vol. But hopefully I'm wrong.

Thanks for stopping by, but I hope you're right. I am pulling for y'all in the Big XII this year (and debating whether 6/1 odds is a good bet)

You guys are recruiting well this year. Just beat the snot out of the Longhorns please.

PS
Tell Governor Rick Perry to hurry and get his a## in the race.

Beating ou in Norman is going to be tough, but i think this A&M squad can do it. We have as much top to bottom talent as any team in the Big 12 this year. The game in Norman will come down to if A&M can get any presser on Jones from the outside. With this be DeRuyters second year with the Aggies, he will be bringing more blitzes from the corners and safeties. If Russell and Moore can get constent pressure, this will be A&M's game to lose.

The "mlsoft" joke never gets old. Still makes me chuckle.

PA Vol

It's only funny when done to mock Marc Maggot IMO.

Mlsoft seems to be a nice guy that never clowns on anyone, and IMO brings good opinions etc to the board. Jmo.

He will be a beast whoever he plays for, hope it's UT(the real UT). When he is done with Tennessee football he can go back home to Texas if he wants to he will still be a VFL!:)

Don't worry, the whorns wont have an offensive line to stop us. DeRuyter will bring so many blitzes, grapes head will be spinning until christmas.:good!:

and i agree. the sooner Perry gets in the race, the better it is for A&M. he is trying to ruin of Academics even though he is an Aggie. it makes no sense.

good post. Hopefully you're right. :salute:

Thats what Im talkn about. This guy would definately be a huge upgrade for our D. IMO possibly a starter from day 1.

Could start at a lot of schools from day 1. this kid is a gym freak and plays like he wants to hurt someone on the field. I hope he goes maroon and white.

If word comes out before signing day A'M is joining the SEC there's little chance we get him. He would be closer to home and still be SEC bound.

How dare you stay on topic. Hope we get him, maybe the distance factor won't weigh to heavily.

It would be nice to get a Texas commit not named Nick Stephens or Bryce Petty.

DMo was a great WR. He and Creer were both great commits out of Tatum Tx for the Vols. Creer just wanted some playing time so he left.
Saw where Creer only started 6 games last year at LaTech and went for over 1000 yards. Pretty good numbers and I think he would have done well given the chance at Tenenssee.

Yeah, Denarious was good, but it just seems like we rarely get kids from Texas. It is definitely understandable given the distance and in-state schools available.

Creer is a kid who had the talent to do well at UT, but I'm not sure if he had the other intangibles to sustain success. Just my opinion.
