It's been stated several times on here that Nathan Peterman and Alden Hill will both move up the rankings when Rivals releases the next round. My question is, when does that happen?

I know that this has absolutely no bearing on how they will perform, but it is still nice to have a highly ranked class with high caliber prospects. I truly believe it helps us recruit as well. Good athletes want to play with other good athletes.

Also, in the past, it has been posited that after "our" qb commits, the stud OL will follow. Do we think that will happen again this year? I know we aren't planning on taking that many, but one or two is a must IMO.

Thanks.

I thought August was the JUCO ratings. Would make sense after the camps though.

it's just been reported that Hill and Peterman will be rated 4 star recruits. They are way better now.

Tons of people on here say that about half of UT's recruiting class every year, and what usually happens is either nobody or hardly anybody gets bumped up a star.

Humphries will announce on August 5th... He is an EE, but he set his own date to announce.

Gotta be feeling good about Tennessee, because he had a great time his last visit and the coaches said he all but committed. This, coupled with his recent announcement that he will not be going to FNL at Florida, has led everyone to believe he will be a Vol come Aug 5th.

Been reported. Humphries is definitely not going... even better is that Florida's OL coach(I think) offered to get him, but he still isn't going.

bold part is rumored, but from Florida's site I think

Wouldn't that be a blatant violation? I have heard that his mentor, Mo Collins, a former UF O-lineman, had offered to take him and he still decided not to attend.

Ok, just checking. I thought surely UF's coaches weren't that stupid, and if they were, surely they wouldn't be stupid enough to publicize it. Then I remembered that we had Kiffin and Coach O and realized that anything is possible.
