We could of prevented this debate had we been good enough to beat them! We didn't! Fla did what they had to do plus got some help. Good Luck Gators! Besides we don't go head to head for alot of their recruits only a few! We cherry pick from alot of places.

An SEC team winning the NC is going to have little to no influence on what people think anyway. However, Florida winning a NC will have an impact on their recruiting (not to mention we'll have to hear about it forever and ever. So having said that, Go Buckeyes..

Right here...I'm just outside South Bend. Surrounded by little green elfs everywhere. My plant manager is a Notre Dame grad and though its not a written rule, every Friday is "show your Irish pride" day. Boy, do I stick out in my orange.

I'm not talking about head to head recruiting. I'm talking about them getting the best recruits in the nation and continuing to beat us just about every year. You think they've put together a strong class this year? Wait until they have a NC to sell.

Yeah but don't they out recruit us year in and year out anyway? Even the Zooker? (according to the services)I see what your saying but like you also said people are going to believe (including players) what they are going to believe. Recruiting is not a problem for us, never has been really. We just need to put up or shut up. Thats not Florida's fault. JMO

let's also not forget that they have had two pretty darn good years of recruiting prior to this year, and to boot, there are a number of freshman contributing on this year's team.

Florida is very very talented, and it doesn't look like they will be w/out talent for some time.

we have a bit of catching up to do from an overall talent standpoint imo. I think we have some really good skill position players already here and we should have some more coming in. but until we get our fronts on both sides of the ball up to par.....well, we will be playing catch up until we do.

the weather map doesn't look to good that's for sure...i guess it's all a matter of motiviation at this point, well, that and the significance of making such a financial investment in to such a venture upon one's current financial situaiton.

Yes they have strong recruiting classes just about every year and it shows. What is Fulmer against UF? 4 wins out of 14 games played or something?

Let me put it this way for ya, I HATE to see Florida prosper at anything.

I will pull for Florida. I hope SEC schools win every out of conference game they play.
1 It builds up the quality of the conference
2 Strength of schedule in conference is amplified
3 I just like saying that Tennessee plays in the toughest damn conference in college football.
