I was about to ask the same question. He did say his strength is going vertical and he noticed that was something we do well, so that may be a plus for us.

Not sour grapes if true, but as I have stated in other threads, I would rather us extend an offer and get Hegendus anyway. I feel there may be way more upside going that direction.
