Speaking of which, yesterday was the first time I had been able to use our pool since we got it put in last year in September. It was about 98 here yesterday so I can say it was worth every penny.

Oh and you remember the DUI my wife got a few weeks back? Well anyway, she received a letter in the mail from the DA stating that the charges had been dropped and inside was her drivers license. The letter read something about an affidavit being messed up and that they were not going to pursue charges. You ever heard of such a thing?

Thats great, and yes.....I have seen judges(also the state) drop all charges if affidavit or report is filled out wrong. I have seen domestics get kicked out for a date being in the wrong place. They teach you that paper work is critical.

I will actually be in Knoxville Monday taking a seizure class that will teach us about the form used and making sure it is filled out right.
