Just found a couple of these tweets and thought I'd share. :hi: SIAP.

“@DraftExpress: Really hope Scotty Hopson has been giving NBA teams better answers than he gave us. Didn't sound very realistic about type of player he is.”

“@SethDavisHoops: @DraftExpress Scotty Hopson is another guy I would pass on. Negatives far outweigh positives.”

I thought he was working with the threes.

He will be a very slow 3 in the NBA..good luck guarding Paul Pierce, Labron James, and Luol Deng......if Tobias doesn't grow to at least 6'9, he's going to be in the D-league......

Well in his interview he stated he would play small forward. That quote also says in socks... I've never seen basketball played in socks. On the NBA network coverage they said all the measurements were with shoes. I don't know why he was measured without shoes. Paul Pierce is 6'6' and seems to make it just fine.

How did you get Luol Deng right but not LeBron?

What exactly do you base that on? Tobias is 6'8 in shoes, has a massive wing span, has been very impressive in interviews and individual workouts, and tested very well in the agilities today. He'll do well in the league.

Exactly right. At 6'8, he's D-League, but at 6'9 he'll be an NBA star. Perfect logic.

I have watched Paul Pierce for years. Can anyone tell me why he is so good other than being able to use a step back or fadeaway and create shots?

I saw that Hopson apparently suggested to teams he is a scoring Point Forward.

My first thought is LeBron then T-Mac, I dont see Scotty playing anything like that.

It seems Vol Fans (pre-teen posters) are enjoying these kids getting some bad reviews from the NBA? WTF is wrong with you idiots,Scotty won alot of games for us and Tobias was probably the best freshman players we've ever had. They lost their coach, hammer CBP if you want to,but leave these players alone! You sound like scorned teenagers after your girlfriend ------ your buddy!!!

Where in this thread are there people "enjoying" bad reviews? All I and others did was post information that we had found.

Sorry if that upsets you.

You got it; quoting expert's evaluations of Hopson is just plain wrong. We should just start making up lies about how high he's going to be taken in the draft.
