I agree, however it against the law if one of the two parties involved is entrusted with educating the other by the State Board if Education.

Being 18 years of age should override that law. It's not like they were 13 year old 8th graders.

I'm saying when you turn 18 you are considered an adult. What you do at home is your business. It's a messed up situation & these young men are far from victims. The age of consent for most states is less than 18, just saying.

Home schooling students during health class? Based on looks alone those must have been some charged up students. At least the students were at least 18, but Texas does have a teacher law.
