Saw there is exclusive content for the PS3 now. So if I preorder for Xbox 360 on Amazon like I normally would I'm missing out on 4 cases. Screw Rockstar, I'll buy this used if I can and/or wait for $20 GOTY a few months down the road.

PS3 comes with an exclusive mission/case and was the lead platform on development. I'd imagine they'd play the same though.

I guess it will depend on whether or not there is any online multiplayer at all. Havent seen that yet.

There will be no multiplayer component of L.A. Noire – the combination of innovative technology and unique gameplay that allow you to solve crimes through interrogations and investigation is really one that’s geared entirely for a single-player experience. Trust us that this is a game unlike any you’ve played before – very different not only for us here at Rockstar but for videogames as a medium. Bolting on generic multiplayer on top of that would not make much sense, or be a good use of our time or development budget! Hope this clears up any confusion. We thought this would be spelt out in some of last week's previews, but as it wasn't, we felt we should clarify ourselves.

Only video games I own for xbox360:

MLB2k11, NCAA Football 2011, Black Ops. All of them have worn way past thing. A game like this one is exactly what I need.

I am kinda glad that it is not MP... That way I don't feel pressured to buy it quickly. I hate buying MP late and all your friends have moved on from it.

The folks at Rockstar, never ones to skimp on the amount of content they put on a game disc, have made, in L.A. Noire, a game that spreads across three discs on the Xbox 360, the company confirmed to Kotaku. The forthcoming game about being a detective in 1947 Los Angeles fills a single-layer, 25 GB Blu-Ray disc on the PlayStation 3.

Pretty funny that they don't even mention Team Bondi considering they're the Developer. Hopefully you'll be able to install all 3 discs then play off Disc 1 only or something.

That's the route I'd go if I had a PS3. Probably pick one up after E3, I'm anticipating a price drop and/or new SKU.
