Uhhhh, no. There are many different reasons for losing. Not saying Boston will win the WS this year, but I guarantee after game 162, this small slide won't mean much.

The Vols on the other hand are just a terrible baseball team. Can't get anyone on base, pitching is sub-par to the other conference teams, and there is no one in the lineup or dugout that can turn it around.

Can't get anyone on base no that's not a problem because Osborne was perfect 4 singles with 4 at bats.

The Vols were 0-4 with runners in scoring position last night, and 0-12 with runners on. Again obvious is the Vols with RISP continue to fail, and leaving to many runners on.

tennessee is last in batting avg, slugging pct, on base pct, runs scored, rbi's, and are second to last in hits, walks and total bases

tennessee is also second to last in era, opponent's batting avg, and hits allowed. they are last in walks allowed and home runs allowed.
