So they want to keep the guy that didn't like us, but they want to run out the guy that does

Who be 'they'? Pearl's not getting runofft. He left no choice. If all is equal, I say let BP stay. But all is not equal. I don't know if UT could make it through the penalty faze if he was still coaching, and the penalties will be lessened if he's fired. Those are the determinations right now. How long to get on the road to recovery? Either now or in 2 years. Yes, there are those that won't, or want, him gone for many reasons and I don't blame them, but they are in the vast minority, considering again all things being equal with the ncaa penalties. The penalties to the program and model for recovery heavily sway the vote more towards fiddy/fiddy.

What will the "slamming" will be that keeps him from returning. You seem real sure.

He will show up to plead his case this summer in Orange body paint and the NCAA investigators will "slam" him over a table and then hit him across the back with metal chair while he's not looking. He will have to miss this upcoming season due to his multiple injuries.

Most objective commentators I've read or heard think he will be suspended for at least a year. You've heard that too. . .you're just in denial.

You sir, are a half-wit. People were upset at how Kiffin left. Pearl lied to the NCAA, and if we decided to keep him,(which we aren't) our program would be hit extremely hard by the NCAA. Do you want a one year post season ban and 1/2 seasons without Pearl if he stays?

Do you honestly think that we are going to the dance next year. All the players are going when Pearl leaves except McBee and Jones and Ware want out of their 'LOI's if pearl is not here. We will have to have walkons to even put five bodies on the court.

Ok, if, he is bent over a table and "slammed" with a chair WWE style or suspended for a year I will change my avatar.

I think he will then be suing for the unnecessary and premature loss of wages, the unilateral "tearing up" of his contract, and the unnecessary SEC punishment before any procedure. Also Hammy has already promised to keep him for a 1 year suspension.

So if they keep him, I keep my avatar.

He's staring a 2 year show cause right in the face. There's no way he could survive that even if we wanted him to.

I guess your NCAA pipeline promised that. Why are you so cocksure? Is that just your constant characteristic or do you have knowledge most of us don't have?

He will sue for breach of contract. Bank on it.

"I guess your pipeline promised that. Why are you so cocksure? Is that just your constant characteristic or do you have knowledge most of us don't have?"

Any idiot can sue for anything, actually having a case is a different matter. . .

And you know for sure that he agreed to have his contract torn up?

Let's see: Considering I saw the press conference, read Hamilton's quotes where they were reworking his contract, read all about the back and forth where Pearl and Hammy haven't agreed to a new contract, where there is an "memorium of understanding" or something to that extend, with no official contract, AND I'VE READ NOTHING THAT SAYS HE HAS A CONTRACT...then yes, the contract has been torn up.

I don't know for sure, but don't you think that if he didn't, he would have likely been dismissed back in September?

Having admitted to all of the unethical conduct that allowed the contract to be voided might be a small problem for Bruce in the "lawsuit."
