Since I love horses and I just saw a pic vader posted as a centaur, seems like that's the way I'd have to go....but wouldn't be surprised if nessie laid a beatdown lol

Ha! The water may pose a bit of a problem for the centaurs, but they have strength in numbers, so they can adapt somehow. However, Nessie does use the water to his advantage, so I would say that, in a titanic back-and-forth struggle, the Loch Ness Monster prevails.

That is, unless, Charlie Sheen decides to intervene... :p
