Hopson's had his chance to be the man, and has clearly shown he doesn't have what it takes mentally to do so. It's time to start giving Harris no less than 30 minutes/game and running the offense around him. He's head and shoulders better than everyone else on this team. Let Hopson be his Robin, he's shown he can't be Batman.
