Once you get by the bread cravings it isn't bad. I don't eat any sugar or bread at all.

Sounds like South Beach. I did that for a while. It really helped me learn how my body uses food. I much prefer lean proteins and veggies now. But that doesn't mean I don't have stuff I love now and then. I started exercising when I started South Beach too, that made a huge difference. And that's what I have to make time for now. Just haven't done it.
