Kidding by the way. Doesn't bother me.

My Grannie, bless her heart, just gave me three new spices. Crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, and Crushed Oregano. I hated to take it but, she gets upset if I don't

It's about half-full. The others are full. I can go to Wally-world and get more when I run out.

Behr, Dad has frozen all the meat  I'll have to pre-think what I'm going to use now so it can thaw

Next time you fix the beans, sausage, tater thing, sprinkle in some Italian seasoning. I might have said that before. I don't remember.

You did Sly, that's why I got it. You said sprinkle it and some parsley IIRC on the fry. Thanks Sly

Too bad your dad and sis don't like spicy, that red pepper would have been good with that too.

Your dad froze all the meat? What was thawed?

Nothing was, he froze it all when we got it. I'd love to put some red pepper in it lol. Maybe next time.

Italian seasoning will be good too, I was just sayin....I love some red pepper.

Tell your dad to put that crap in the fridge until you get home. Wrap it with plastic wrap individully then freeze it.

I gotcha. I'll have to get some plastic wrap, I'll put the things away next time. It's some beef franks and a hillshire farm's beef sausage, the deer meat, and a little chicken.

a little chicken...

No, wait, that's chicken little.

It's even better than my first batch!
Good. Did you like the italian seasoning in it? There's different little things you can do with it. Just experiment slowly with seasonings/things you like. I've used Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage in it before in place of the kielbasa or summer sausage. Just fry it up in a pan and drain it well before adding to the mix to simmer.

I loved the seasoning Sly! It'll take me a while to learn all these spices and food combinations. That hot sausage sounds great.

My VN recipe: 1 snippet of wounded mullet
1 fail of doozer
A pinch of heartvol
1 large dose of BigPappaVol
1 small (yeah right) blog of tenaciousd
1 ramble of GSV
1 sarcasm of JayTrain5
1 salty retort of hatvol96
1 jolt of Vader
1 cup of IPOrange
1 ray of light from Lexvol
1 lack of respect from Business
1 lesson of humility from Rex

Mix violently in a high speed processor, season with many grains of salt. Open a couple or six of Newcastle and pour down your throat while the mixture marinates in saucy remarks and rises to form this crazy train of Vol Nation.
