I'm not going to spoil it, but its fantastic they did a really good job on this. I just didn't like the ending.

Eh, it's not that bad. It's not a cliffhanger, but it'll be interesting to see how Rick gets out of his predicament.

Anyone else watching Dawn of the Dead prior to the show? Really loved the remake.

Haha yah. Saw that the show was filmed in Atlanta. No need to go far to find zombies, just stroll down techwood with the crack/meth heads

I've woken up from a night of hard drinking, I can't imagine waking up and that being the case. Dang

No cut away from head shots are amazing, AMC really has out done itself.

AMC doesn't play games with their shows, madmen and breaking bad are both sweet

enjoyed this tonight. probably will tune in again next week. the hospital scene was great. i was afraid they were going to rip that off of 28 days later too much, but it was really well done.

Like I said, I am an avid reader of the comics and I couldn't be happier with episode one. The casting is great, the lack of network pussyfooting is amazing (and believe me, that is going to really blow everyone's mind and probably piss some of you off as it progresses).

Quick question, as the show progresses are those who haven't read the comics going to be left behind? Or can one watch it and get the main idea of it without reading them?
